Purchasing Info & Policies

**Canada Post Strike Backlog**

Delivery will be delayed due to the backlog resulting from the recent Canada Post labour disruption. Due to circumstances beyond our control, parcels will not be delivered within the standard delivery times noted below. At this time Canada Post can not speak to the actual delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience! 


How to Order/Payment

Please contact us with the number of Nibblers you’d like to order, your name, billing address, shipping address and any other info that you feel is important!

We will promptly forward you an invoice for your approval reflecting your charge and the applicable shipping fee and/or taxes for your region.

Approved orders are then processed securely by PayPal. Customers submit their personal information and payment (PayPal account OR credit card) directly to PayPal. We do not see nor store this information. To read about PayPal’s privacy policy, click here.


All prices are in CANADIAN dollars and are subject to change without notice.


Canadian orders will be subject to applicable sales taxes.

Shipping & Delivery

We process orders during regular business hours (Mon–Fri 9–5 EST).

CANADIAN ORDERS: Packages are shipped Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. As per Canada Post, the standard for Expedited Parcel shipping within Canada is approximately 1–6 business days depending on the destination. Tracking numbers are provided with this service.

AMERICAN ORDERS: US orders are typically shipped Small Packet™ USA Air. Delivery service standard estimate is 4–10 business days. Tracking numbers are NOT provided with this service. *If a tracking number is preferred, we would be happy to quote you the shipping rate for that type of service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders to Australia and the UK are typically shipped International Small Packet™ Air. Delivery service standard estimate is 6–10 business days. Tracking numbers are NOT provided with this service. *If a tracking number is preferred, we would be happy to quote you the shipping rate for that type of service.

*IMPORTANT: Please note that we regrettably can not be held responsible for lost packages if a shipping method is selected which does not offer tracking. 

We aim to have all packages ready to go within 3 business days of receiving the order.  

Local Pick-up Option

If you are in London, ONTARIO and would like to pick up your order rather than having it shipped to you, we can make that happen. When e-mailing us, simply let us know that you are opting for “Local Pick-up” and your invoice won’t include shipping. Once you’ve completed your PayPal purchase, we will set a mutually convenient time for pick-up as we do NOT operate a retail storefront.

Plush Refund Policy

Our intent is to create a product of exceptional value and quality and we are quite confident that you will love your Nightmare Nibbler! If however for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to make it right for you. For that reason we have provided the following return policy:

You may return new items purchased at within 14 days of the original delivery for a full refund, less shipping charges. Items need to be returned in original condition. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No return merchandise will be accepted without a RAN. Please write this number on the enclosed packing slip and send it along with your return. Regrettably, Nightmare Nibbler is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process, nor can we process your return until the item is received. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item minus shipping charges.
